2019 marks the annual Fringe Festival’s 23rd year, bringing the best contemporary, innovative and ground-breaking art to Philadelphia. In September this premier arts festival will join forces with Philadelphia’s world-class restaurants to present the 10th Annual Audi FEASTIVAL, a benefit for FringeArts.
