A most unusual walking tour.Wander down alleys, sneak through doorways, dance on rooftops: Experiment #39’s unexpected guided adventure transforms Philadelphia’s oldest neighborhood into a giant stage. The New York-based Institute for Psychogeographic Adventure invites Festival-goers on an Old City walking tour unlike any other: After filling out a psychogeographic survey, you’ll be sent on a personalized solo journey through town, where dozens of strategically placed artists and residents surprise you with performances, encounters, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences in the unlikeliest of places. Make an appointment. Wear comfortable shoes. See Philadelphia in a whole new light.
A new performance begins every 15 minutes. Four audience members per show. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled show time.
