A friend of a friend once was said to have scrolled through their phone wondering if any of their exes were still in love with them but safely downloaded a dating app instead. So now, how does one safely make it past the hellos? “Hello, How Are You?” follows the story of one black woman looking for love during what feels like the end of times. Will she backtrack and go through the list of men labeled “Do Not Answer,” or will this new way of dating prove to be just what she needs in life. How does one show the best things about themselves, the better things about themselves, and hide the little quirks that may lead others to believe she’s an unusual character. Still, even the unusual characters are worthy and ready for love.
