A Hot Dog walks into a bar: an exploration, a celebration of sacred space and absurdity. Come one, come all and join us for a night of fun and games, thrills and chills and a few surprises along the way.
Amanda Sirois and Maev Lowe are two gnomes who met during a semester long intensive at the National Theater Institute. They decided to continue their journey together as collaborator-wives, bringing new original performance work into the world. Their first baby is Hotdog. We’d like to thank the Mercers of the Nancy Place Homestead in Orland, Maine for giving us a space to think, the woods of Maine for giving us a place to get lost, our incredible families, roommates and collaborators for entertaining our delusions.
