Come hear some of Philly’s best storytellers regale you with their favorite stories about what it’s like living in Philly. We can’t promise you’ll hear about Wawa, dirt bikes, cheesesteaks, the ackamee, or any other jawn… but we can’t rule it out either. Hosted by the fantastic Geoff Jackson.
Geoff Jackson is a comedian, host, podcaster and storyteller. He was born on the shores of the Red Sea and as a child he was ranked among the top ten skiers in the United States. He is a decorated haiku champion. He has told jokes and stories in coffee shops, bookstores, nightclubs, tiki bars, and punk-rock basements across the US, UK, and Canada. He has worked with and for WHYY, First Person Arts and SyFy and appeared in 2019’s horror-comedy “A Nightmare on Jawn Street”. Geoff Jackson is now the host of Extree! Extreme! at Crossroads Comedy Theater.

About the Artist
Crossroads Comedy Theater is a roaming home for comedy shows, podcasts, and classes that take places on stage, online, and on-air. At just over a year old, Crossroads has already been featured in various festivals, has had classes highlighted in the media including the Philadelphia Inquirer, and has hired to work with various organizations on improv trainings and private shows in the Philadelphia area and beyond. Our shows are at a crossroads of different forms of entertainment mixing hilarious improvised scenes with lectures, news, movies, and more and feature performers from all over the Philly area. Podcasts cover a range of pop-culture topics, so you’re sure to find something you enjoy. Crossroads comedy classes in improv, sketch comedy writing, and stand-up give people skills that go beyond the stage and page.
