There’s a lot going on at Prophet Theater Company! Artistic Director Hattie O’Malley’s gearing up for a production of The Tempest ON AN ACTUAL ISLAND, but Board Chair Winifred Charles is doing her darndest to keep it in the theater her family’s money built. Playwright Andrew wants the production to reflect the urgency of climate change, while Actor Lizzie thinks it’s time to attack the play’s racism. Also the building appears to be speaking, but only the Intern can hear what it says.
