Open Office Hours with Fringe Festival Coordinator
December 2-December 5
December 2—5, 2019
Past, present, and future independent Fringe Festival artists and producers are invited to discuss their festival experiences, concerns, and hopes for the future with Fringe Festival Coordinator April Rose.
FringeArts has been listening to your questions and concerns about independent artist participation in the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. With the goal of being as accessible and adaptive as possible, we will be holding open office hours with artists and producers to discuss your experiences and hear directly what you want from the Fringe Festival in 2020 and beyond. Unlike filling out a survey, this will be an open, direct, and actionable conversation that is led by the artists.
As we move into 2020, we are strategizing responsive changes to the way that independent artist participation works, and artist feedback is vital to ensuring those changes are able to be conceived and integrated in an actionable fashion. The goal is to make this festival work for everyone and develop long-term strategies to best support the independent artists and producers involved.
These Open Office Hours will take place on December 2—5 from 12pm to 7pm in 30 min time slots. Schedule an appointment by RSVPing for your desired time slot.
If you need to make an appointment outside of these times or dates, please email April Rose directly at email@example.com, and we will work to accommodate you. All feedback is deeply appreciated, and we don’t want anyone to feel excluded.
This is not the time to ask for dramaturgical or producorial advice about your 2020 show, but an opportunity to communicate directly with the festival coordinator about how you interface with the Fringe Festival platform. If you are an artist that has NOT participated in the festival, or no longer participates, your feedback is still welcome and appreciated.
