S.E.L.F. A virtual, interactive, autobiographical, roust about S.E.L.F… MY-S.E.L.F.
How does who we are and how we think about S.E.L.F and how others perceive us affect who we are and how we function in the world? This virtual roust of S.E.L.F will take you on a wild ride of reflection and meditation on who you think you are inside and out.
Reflection. Assumption. Perception. REALITY…THE REALITY OF ONES S.E.L.F.
This virtual roust is an interactive solo documentary. Audiences should be prepared to participate both physically, mentally and emotionally. There will be specific prompts given throughout the video/film for audiences to participate virtually but in REAL TIME with the actor.

About the Artists
Bronwyn Sims is a creator, performer, choreographer, and educator.
She has appeared in film and on television including a role in the Emmy award winning first season of The Sopranos.
Her NYC stage credits include New York City Opera at Lincoln Center, National Black Theatre of Harlem, Dixon Place, Bronx Academy of Arts and Dance, The Kitchen, La Mama, HERE, and The NY Clown Theatre Festival.
Regional stage credits include: American Repertory Theatre, Apollinaire Theatre, Fringe Arts, Philadelphia Zoo, The Barnes Museum, Opera Philadelphia, Almanac Dance Circus Theatre, GF&Co, Speakeasy Stage Company, The Celebration Barn, Main Street Arts, Loom Ensemble, Berkshire Fringe Festival, Rochester Fringe Festival, and a European tour with Sandglass Theatre.
As an Acrobat, and Dancer, Bronwyn has performed with Circadium, Almanac Dance Circus Theatre, Vermont Dance Alliance, Colorado College, Bindlestiff Family Cirkus, and Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Festival.
Bronwyn was a Lecturer in Acting at Yale School of Drama, and was on the faculty at New England Center for Circus Arts. She has conducted guest master classes throughout New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Colorado.
Her directing, and choreography credits include work with Yale Repertory Theatre, Yale School of Drama, American Repertory Theatre, Philadelphia School of Circus Arts, Vermont Dance Alliance, The Vermont Academy, Leland and Gray High School, The Putney School, Bellows Falls High School, and New England Center for Circus Arts.
She holds an MFA in Devised Physical Theatre Performance from The University of The Arts and Pig Iron School for Advanced Performance Training. Bronwyn was awarded grants from The Vermont Community Foundation, The Vermont Arts Council, The Network of Ensemble Theaters. Bronwyn is a registered teaching artist through the state of Vermont and is a member of NEFA’S Creative Ground. She is a member and dance affiliate with The Vermont Dance Alliance.
