Producer: Katey O’Connor

Happy Hour Live, LLC is a production company that seeks to empower funny women in Philly’s performing arts community. HHL was founded in 2015 by Katey O’Connor, a theatre professional and Tina Fey wannabe, after producing her first comedy production, Bye Bye Liver: The Philadelphia Drinking Play. Its been a blissful marriage ever since. You can find her marketing for the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts or looking for her next collaboration.

Director: Carolina Millard

Graduated from Muhlenberg College with a double major in Theatre and Dance. She complimented her degree by studying at The Pig Iron School (Philadelphia, PA), Goldsmith’s College (London, UK), and Accademia Del Arte’s international CrisisArt Festival (Arezzo, Italy). Since 2011, she has directed and performed in Bye Bye Liver: The Philadelphia Drinking Play and choreographed countless high school musicals at the Springside Chestnut Hill Academy Players (Chestnut Hill, PA). Her notable performances include: Tribe of Fools’ Antihero (2014), Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts’ Flash of Time (2013), and 2010 ACTF finals nominated The Increased Difficulty of Concentration by Vaclav Havel. When Carolina is not creatively working, she’s the Marketing & Patron Experience Manager at the Delaware Theatre Company.

Playwright: Katherine Hinkel

As a Philadelphia-based playwright, Kat is thrilled to debut with SPIES! as part of the 2018 Fringe Festival. Rooted in her love of immersive theater, IoT (Internet of Things) and tech, and cringeworthy dad jokes, SPIES! has been an adventure to write. SPIES! was developed as part of the PlayPenn workshop series and with feedback from her playwriting group, the Bourbon Bowls.
