Brian Feldman Projects
September 15-September 29
On the last three Wednesday nights of September, The Feldman Dynamic (with special guest Mitzi the dachshund) invites you to join them for dinner over FaceTime. Thank you for coming to “A play in which the members of a real family have dinner together and talk about the problems they are facing.” – The New York Times
The Feldman Dynamic is Adrienne McIntosh, Brian Feldman, Edward Alan Feldman, and Marilyn Wattman-Feldman. Currently separated by a distance of 846 miles, Adrienne, Edward, and Marilyn are in Florida. Brian is in Washington, D.C. All four were born in Philadelphia.
TFD Talks is the 18th production of The Feldman Dynamic, having received its world premiere at The Kraine Theater in New York on August 9, 2003.
This project was supported by the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
“This is reality way more real than what you see on TV.” – Orlando Sentinel
“Normal theater compresses time, emphasizes conflict, and highlights resolution. The Feldman Dynamic does the opposite…” – Ink 19
“If observing a near-hour-long dinner with a family you’ve never met feels both voyeuristic and frustratingly boring, that’s one possibility. The other? Just go with the weirdness.” – Washington Jewish Week
All showtimes are in EDT (UTC-4)
Daughter: Adrienne McIntosh
Son: Brian Feldman

This is a 45-minute Group FaceTime video call. You will be watching the real-life members of The Feldman Dynamic having a talk. There is no script. As The New York Times wrote, this is “A play in which the members of a real family have dinner together and talk about the problems they are facing.”
This show takes place over a Group FaceTime call. In order to participate, you must have an iPhone or iPod touch with iOS 10.0 or later, an iPad with iPadOS 10.0 or later, or a Mac with OS X Lion 10.7 or later. You will receive an iMessage with a link to a Group FaceTime video call from The Feldman Dynamic at the phone number you provide when purchasing your ticket. Please make sure your device is charged. All times are in EDT (UTC-4).
Instructions to join TFD Talks:
1) Pay attention to your iMessages.
~5 minutes before showtime, you will receive a group conversation in iMessages from The Feldman Dynamic. At the time indicated in the message, please join the Group FaceTime call from iMessages, by tapping the notification at the top of your screen, or tap Join from the group conversation in iMessages. After you tap Join, you’ll be automatically connected.
Upon joining the Group FaceTime…
2) Mute yourself.
Tap the screen (if you can’t see the controls), then tap the Mute button. You will still be able to hear The Feldman Dynamic on the call, but they won’t be able to hear you. (You may tap the Mute button again to un-mute yourself at the end of the show.)
3) Turn off your camera.
Tap the screen (if you can’t see the controls), swipe up from the top of the controls, then tap Camera Off. You will still be able to see The Feldman Dynamic on the call, but they won’t be able to see you. (You may tap Camera On to turn it back on at the end of the show.)

One more thing… In June 2021, Apple introduced the latest version of its iOS operating system, iOS 15, which is set to be released in the fall and which allows for FaceTime calls on Android phones, Windows PCs, or any device with a functioning browser. However, a release date had not yet been announced as of the Philadelphia Fringe Festival program deadline.
