DescriptionAbout the ArtistsInterviews

“Worktable is an enlightening and active meditation on the endless artistic cycle of tearing down and rebuilding.” Stephen Eckert, Contemporary Performance

We provide the hammer, you do the rest.

Worktable is a live installation that takes place in a series of rooms, which visitors engage with one at a time. Having signed up beforehand for a specific time slot, you enter and can stay as long as you like. Once inside there are instructions, equipment, and safety goggles so you can get to work—it’s up to you to decide how things come apart, and how they fall back together.

Visitors choose a start time when purchasing tickets: slots are available every 15 minutes between  hours of operation. There are three spots available per time slot. Visitors should arrive fifteen minutes before their time slot.

For our family-friendly hours, check out Worktable for Children.
