Last Friday, the buskers were out in full force as Philadelphians young and old prowled the streets in search of cheap art and free booze. Among smaller busking operations was the enormous drumming and dancing extravaganza by Miro Dance Theatre called Principles of Uncertainty. It was sort of like being on another planet.
