Interpretes Curiosos

Posted April 11th, 2008

Live Arts festival extraordinaire duo Geoff Sobelle and Trey Lyford (whose powers combine to form rainpan 43) are taking DC by storm for the next two weeks with a festival at Studio Theatre that features their first three works: all wear bowlers (Fringe 2003), Amnesia Curiosa (Live Arts 2006), and Machines Machines Machines Machines Machines Machines Machines (co-created with Pig Iron Theatre Company’s Gabriel Quinn Baudriel). Sobelle says, “It’s like bowlers is black-and-white, Amnesia is sepia-toned and Machines is in ultra-color.” What does he mean by this? There’s only one way to find out.
