The 2011 Philly Fringe Call for Artists is underway and it’s calling all artists, regardless of breed and regardless of whether or not they have ever produced a show before.

The Fringe has boasted dancers, actors, comedians, jugglers, poets, “Poe-sers”, “Shakesploitations”, zombie puppeteers, treasure map masterminds, human sculptures, sculpted humans, toilet bike riders, Shakespearean top gun pilots, and every other artist bold enough to step up to the stage – whether that stage is a car, a yard, or a neighborhood bar.

The 15th annual Philly Fringe comes September 2011, and it’s every artist’s opportunity to produce and present their art in an exciting festival atmosphere. It’s open to all; this is your invitation. Reach new audiences, choose your own venue, set your own schedule, and have complete artistic, financial, and organizational control over your performance. We’ll help you with marketing, press, and box office support.
