More About the Park Avenue Community Center
In its inaugural year, The Pac Center serves the people of Swarthmore and surrounding neighborhoods by cultivating programs, classes, and events that nurture the human to human interactions that are vital for a full life and thriving, interconnected communities. On a given day this looks like yoga in the morning, kids’ after school arts classes, a local musician jam session in the evening, a mystery themed book club, country line dancing, a support group, or chamber concert performed by members of Philadelphia Symphony. The Pac Center is on a mission to fill it’s 40,000 square feet of event, classroom, performance space with the people and projects that bring us together, inspire neighbors to connect in new ways, and generate goodwill. We are excited to welcome the Independent Artists of the 2022 Fringe to participate in this venture.
