From Mindful to Ecstatic:
A three-day movement workshop
Led by Megan Bridge
October 19-21, 2026
Afternoons: Somatics 3-5:30pm
Somatics classes start with a light anatomy lesson, focusing on a different body structure and system each day. This is followed by a guided meditation, attending to the breath, stillness, and movement that quietly grows. Partnered and solo bodywork exercises and games will be introduced, using touch, weight sharing, massage, and meditative stretching to awaken the body-mind connection.
Monday: Deep Abdominals & Nervous System
Tuesday: Pelvis & Fascia
Wednesday: Shoulder Girdle & the Gaze
Evenings: Group Motion Workshop 6:30-8:30pm
The Group Motion Workshop is a guided movement experience with live music. Beginning with meditation and waking the body through movement and stretching, participants are then guided seamlessly through movement structures aimed at shifting bodily and conscious attention. Each night the class opens with introductions, intention-setting, and a community conversation about safety and consent. From this ritual grounding, we build our capacity for human connection, together in a shared space of exploration, expression, and communication.
Monday: Live music with Andy Thierauf
Tuesday: Live music with Julius Masri
Wednesday: Live music with Peter Price and Tristan Price
