Speaking of our colleagues, when you come out to Live Arts Festival and Philly Fringe shows and events, you might be wondering who all those young-uns are, scuttling around and doing the heavy lifting. They’re interns and volunteers! This year’s class has been fabulous, so we thought you might want to meet some of these bright-eyed youth who remind us of our own mortality and thus force us to feed, as vampires, upon their energy are making major contributions while getting top-notch training in how to run a festival.

My name is Alysa Woloszyn and I am the Production Admin Intern. I’m studying Entertainment and Arts Management at Drexel University with a concentration in Theater as well as triple-minoring in Business Administration, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. As the Production Admin I am learning what hard work it takes to put together a two-week theatrical festival, compared to a single production. I have been involved with theater, since the age of eight. In my spare time I love to sing, play the piano, and plan events for family and friends. One day I hope to own a venue where I can incorporate all three of my hobbies into one exciting entertainment spot for all to enjoy.
