Callling All Frequenters of Quig’s Pub!

Posted August 7th, 2012

Actress Corinna Burns of Raw Stitch drinks to your help.

If you’re a frequenter (or even one-time visitor) of Quig’s Pub, lookee here.  Playwright Jacqueline Goldfinger of the 2012 Philly Fringe show Raw Stitch, wrote in with this call for submissions:

“For Raw Stitch at the Fringe we are creating a monologue about Quig’s Pub–the myth, the legend, the sex, the vomit. So we are just wondering, what are some of your favorite memories/stories involving Quig’s (feel free to use fake names, if necessary)? What draws you to Quig’s? What are your favorite details about the place–smell, taste, sight, sound? If we use your information in the monologue then we’ll include you in the program for the show, but we will not say which specific naughty bit you contributed. Please post your stories to the Raw Stitch Facebook page or e-mail them to playwright Jacqueline Goldfinger: jacquelinegoldfinger[at]yahoo[dot]com.”

So, help an artist out!

Raw Stitch runs September 8, 14, 15, 20 and 22 at 7:00 pm at Quig’s Pub at Plays & Players Theatre, 1714 Delancey Place. $12.
